TAALKing is Power is a nationwide support group infrastructure for adult child sexual abuse survivors as well as non-offending parents/guardians of child survivors. Read more.

TAALK is in the early stages of expanding this program throughout the country through our community coalitions. Bi-Monthly Support Group Meeting

This support group is a secular support group based on Ellen Bass and Laura Davis’ book The Courage to Heal. This support group is open to survivors and parents of child survivors who are over the age of 18 and who have never sexually abused a child.

Prerequisite: We do require that all participants attend a Support Group Orientation meeting, prior to attending their first regularly scheduled support group meeting.

Monthly Support Group Orientation Meeting

Meets on the fourth Saturday of the month (as needed*)

This orientation meeting is a prerequisite for our regularly scheduled support group meetings. During this meeting, participants will receive support group materials, review the support group policies, be assigned a sponsor and develop a personal safety and support plan.
